For twenty years I worked in downtown Los Angeles. But I never took the time to visit the statue “Corporate Head, 1990,” by Terry Allen. The statue, at 725 S. Figueroa St., was just too long a walk from Times Mirror Square. Yesterday I made the trek.
Upon arrival, I found a scooter next to the statue. The businessman appeared to be upset with the proliferation of scooters around downtown Los Angeles.
