November 8, 2018: Murals underneath freeway onramp in Barrio Logan neighborhood San Diego, California. The 1963 construction of Interstate 5 and San Diego-Coronado Bridge in 1969, placed a "roof" over the Mexican-American community. After construction, the land underneath became Chicano Park. Over 60 murals now cover the concrete freeway supports. In 2016, Chicano Park was designated a National Historic Landmark.
